The Dodgers made a deal Wednesday and not for a pitcher, acquiring former All-Star outfielder Scott Podsednik from the Kansas City Royals for two Minor Leaguers, catcher Lucas May and pitcher Elisaul Pimental, according to baseball sources. — Ken Gurnick
