Manny Makes Pre-game Appearance
Outfielder Manny Ramirez Tuesday made his first pre-game clubhouse appearance since his May 7 suspension for violating the MLB drug policy. Ramirez, who is serving a 50-game suspension, is allowed to work out with the ballclub, but so far has limited his workouts to the morning hours before teammates arrived. Ramirez is eligible to return to action July 3 (barring rainouts) and is expected to serve a Minor League rehab assignment of up to 10 games prior to being activated. — Ken Gurnick

It’s great to see that Manny is staying around to work with the guys. Hopefully it will help the guys with the mental aspect of the game. It is not all about the workout there is a mental aspect of the game that most people forget about. Now Manny, you need to take the guys out for pizza and beer and shot the s**t.
Manny looked like he was in excellant shape so I’m hoping he goes 4 for 4 with two homeruns 7/3.

Manny helps everyone whether he is on and off the field. Even though he is suspended it is excellent he stayed around with the boys of blue!
Just got my tickets for the July 4th at Petco, hope Manny makes some fireworks of his own. I still think some games at Alberquerqe or the IE will help get him back in the swing.
