Stults Still Probable
Eric Stults remains listed as the Dodgers’ probable starter Wednesday night. After having his Sunday between-starts bullpen session postponed a day because of a jammed thumb, it was canceled Monday when Stults reported enough improvement that he didn’t want to risk irritating it with extra throwing. Manager Joe Torre said Jeff Weaver would start against the Mets if Stults cannot. — Ken Gurnick

Hi Ken Gurnick. Thank for all the updates you’ve been giving us over the years and for answering all our questions (haven’t seen the mailbag for a while now). But I was just wondering what Andre Ethier’s batting avg was with Manny in the lineup and what it is after Manny got suspended. I’m concerned because I thought Ethier’s skills were finally developed but now I’m beginning to think that it’s more Manny instead of his talents. What do you think?
