Repko Injury Not Serious
The hamstring injury suffered by Triple-A Albuquerque outfielder Jason Repko is not as serious as originally believed and he could return to action in 10 days, according to trainer Stan Conte. Repko injured his left hamstring, but in a different place than the injury that required surgery and sidelined him the entire 2007 season. Jamie Hoffman, called up from Double-A Chattanooga to replace Repko, was hitting .294 in five games. — Ken Gurnick
