Paul Gets the Call
The Dodgers recalled outfielder Xavier Paul to replace the suspended Manny Ramirez. Paul was batting .344 with nine doubles, two homers and 14 RBIs in 25 games at Triple-A Albuquerque. He was 8-for-10 in steals. He’ll wear No. 3. — Ken Gurnick

Just wondering why they didn’t call up Jason Repko instead.
Seems to me like he deserves a call-up. Would they rather
have him play everyday down there instead of once in a
while up here? I’m a fan of Repko, I think he deserves
a chance.
